The Package Drop Top Vault offers Home/Office and Commercial Through Wall Delivery. The unit fits between wall studs (16 in. centers) for easy installation in any stage of construction or remodel. The delivery door mechanism is set forward 4 in. for flush mount to exterior walls. Its unique security drop door mechanism and secure storage compartment prevent access to deposited mail and packages (U.S. Patent Number 6,347,737) Wall Mount Delivery Top Vault is constructed from heavy duty 16 galvanized gauge steel with a durable gray powder coated polyhammer finish. The unit can be enhanced during installation with decorative options to blend into architectural and landscaping themes. A key locked bottom hold that is recommended for additional security purposes is sold separately. Without the bottom hold, deliveries to the Wall Mount Delivery Top Vault would simply fall to the floor in the interior of the structure where it is mounted.
